Vet bring back Continental canteen with Tropical strap

Here is my German canteen that was brought back by a British soldier from North Africa. It's the standard Europe issue type water bottle, but goes to show you they used what they had as the war progressed.

The standard water bottle was in use in Africa with leather or Webbing fittings, that's a super vet bring back example, thank you for sharing
