Back to Lenny's Teller Mine.....they're three nice pieces he got but what are the rules on these babies over in Britain?They must be empty,of course,but do you need to cut holes on them as well?

Ok, this is probably the most bizarre topic I've read for a while....

They're empty/inert of course, but no holes needed. Well, I don't think so. Two of them are just the top pieces anyway, so it's obvious they are empty.
