I think the equipment shown in these photographs could be a Feldklappenschrank OB17 (lower image) http://www.fernmeldeamt.de/feldkob17.htm and the upper one is the same Telefon post at day with an abspannbock (a sort of outer line distributor to organise in an easier way the ligth field cables without its entrance to the central room) and a Feldfernsprecher 26 hanging on a tree.

Interwar period, probably beginning 30´decade.
