Of Blomberg Fritsch fame. Hitler had them both run off on trumped up charges, Blomberg on his wifes questionable morals and Fritsch trumped up charges of being a homosexual. Fritsch fought the charges and more or less beat them, put back on active duty, at a lesser rank if I remember right, he fell before Warsaw during the Polish campaign.
