Railway eagle fake?

Hi guys, first time posting in forum, not sure I’m in the right place, I’m wondering what is your opinion on this eagle, I believe it’s a repro, just want to double check. Thanks

At a guess, I would say  it looks a bit rough, the detail is not all there, the backing part with the fixing holes are not formed  all that well and look rough, the head of the eagle and the feathers are not that well made, the eagles feet look unfinished as well as the wreaths around the Swastica,  I am thinking its a fake, but others may know different
