I have no idea what this accessory pouch is used for.  Maybe tools? Not sure if the "tool?" Goes with pouch, but was inside when purchased.  Any info would be appreciated! Thanks, Ron.

Thanks Richard!!! Seems obvious now, and I have the entrenching tool too! Don't know if I would have ever put the two together myself, but now I don't have to ,thanks to you. Seems awkward,  with the handle horizontal instead of vertical. I guess the handle would beat your leg up bouncing around ,and take up too much room at the waist area if hung vertically.  And what about the other loop? As you've probably already guessed,  I'm not ex military.

Eureka!!! Figured it out!! The handle comes off the pick head and the handle is carried in the two loops vertically! Good thing it wasn't a snake! I'd be a dead man!! Thanks for your help Richard!! Ron out!
