intermdiate WW1 Stick hgr

Were all familiar with the M1915 stick Hgr on the left,,, and the M1917 on the right.

But have you seen a mid way stick hgr like the one in the middle, I've looked for further info but cant find anything on it.

I was told it was a rare piece when I acquired it some  years ago, any comments are welcome to help further the quest of knowledge on this one.
