New banner for the MCN

I've designed a new banner for the MCN, which is used when other websites link to us. I think the words here sum up what we believe in, discuss, learn and respect.

If you wish to add this to your websites, signatures or whatever, that would be great. Make sure you actually link the graphic to the website.
