HJ-Collector Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 Hi folks, here is a hard cap to find in original form! RZM regulation pattern , with RZM M1/8 marked D shaped buckle to the front! RZM tag is gone but the evidence is there! just look at the left of the visor the shape of the fingers/hand is there where hes always put it on and off! love it! most of these HJ winter caps on the market have no RZM tag or marked hardware and are 50's-70's + Civilian ski/winter caps of an old style so easy to add a HJ badge! this in my opinion is a later p[eriod cap as it has no sweat band and a variation lining , aswell as a steel D buckle , earlier caps have a brown ersatsz type leather sweatband and aluminum D buckle on the front. always buy a regulation cap, saves tears at bedtime down the line IMO 3
Pete Hurley Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 I do like these , great cap mate, yet another item to add to the want list ,

stomperstevenson Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Hear what you're saying mate, but would it not be the case that non regulation headgear etc, would have been worn in some, if not many situations?
