Clive74 Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 As posted up on the face book page. Thought I'd share this with you all on here. Found at a car boot/trunk sale here in the UK this Saturday. I had a brief look and walked away together but something told me to go back. Whilst speaking with the elderly lady I mentioned I'd been in the forces and we got chatting. Her late husband was a Major in 22 SAS. This was one of his jackets. It is of 1968 pattern origin. It's very similar to the pull over sand coloured type with the addition of a zip. Out of respect I did not ask his name. A great end to a nice day . The label is very faint but has the heading Smock Windproof.
