British Post WW2 Tankies Helmets

[Norrie]

Hi Guys, Just a quick one, as some may know, I managed to  pick up a couple of postwar British Tankies helmets...liners are dated 1952 and 1982, now, just this evening, on closer inspection, I've found the letters " F O 9 " stamped on the inside of both the hats.

Any info on that??

Thanks in advance..BTW, I did pics, but didnt know if it was worth putting them on here...:)

Couple of pics as requested @Bil4338, this is the one with the older liner...the other has a textured finish, but has the same stamped lettering...:)
