One for the experts, no it's another eBay scam.

Round 3 Iron Crosses and some other versions are worth good money, but I don't believe that there is anything special about this one.

it is the ultra rare 'green dot' variant. These are much rarer than the 'yellow dot' or 'red dot' variant. IIRC in The Big Book of Iron Crosses, it states the official number issued was 12 of the "green dot" variant. It goes on to state that Hitler himself personally awarded all 12 of these, as he kept them in his Brest pocket.
