What is This?

Good morning,

I recently found 2 objects while conducting an archaeological survey on a military base. Does anyone have any idea what these objects are? (Photos attached. The metal rod with the t-shaped end is 3 feet long.)

The second photo looks like a picket post for barbed wire.

The metal rod is a US .30 06 Pull through for cleaning the barrel @akarch and @DAK D is correct on the second mate.

That pull through rod is a nice find,are the sections rusted in or can it be taken down

I have one almost exactly the same, still use them on the 243 and 270....:)
