Foot locker

A wood foot locker owners name custom painted  on foot locker.  No tray. Has two metal straps on top. one runs horizontally across and on runs vertically. The straps intersect at the middle  joined by a metal section. Not able to find this pictured or described in any references. Named Tom Mooningham.
