My Dad was in the Western Desert in 1941 and 1942 in the 8th Army, and was a tank transporter driver, and motorcycle courier. So he and the pleasure??? of fighting against Rommel's Afrika Korps, terrible time with the heat flies and the the bloody enemy. Best to you....Desert Rat/ Ian 1
