Now I found these in my dad's bits and peices ,and I know he's had them thirty years minimum,but still doesn't mean it's not fake but I'm tapping into the goodwill and knowledge base of the German badge collectors to advise me

Much better images will be needed to even come close to making a determination.  These badges are heavily and convincingly reproduced.
