Rich, Lovely stuff.......any difference in the black and the brown holsters ??, as in who used them?? .

The 3 black one's are all P38 WW2 German and the nice brown one is WW1 P.08 or Luger as is better known.

Excellent stuff, Thanks Rich.... had no clue it was a WW1 holster I had...have a tiny wee one as well, its brown too, it fits my .32 pin fire revolver perfectly...but no clue what that was originally made for either...:)

Norrie,

It is not automaticaly a WW1 holster, the one above is marked with the imperial markings on the reverse, if you have a similar one it could be a second war Luftwaffe holster as they used brown leather where the army had black. Have a good look all over it for markings. Could also perhaps be Police issue. Post a picture up.
