Weiblich Jungend,  young lady's broach thing, I think I have some, like you say not uncommon.

Rich, yes and no.. The "Arbeitsdienst fur die wiebliche Jugend" or RADwJ was the female version of the" Reichsarbeitsdienst"  RAD, and not unlike the RAD that mostly were conscripted into the military , the RADwJ women after their service had to perform a six month compulsory  duty called the "Kriesghilfdienst" or KHD that was established in 1941 in various fields that were directly or indirectly vital for the war effort, which included public transportation, postal and communications duties, nursing, teaching etc;. During this work , they did not wear the RADwJ uniform but civilian clothing or that of the work they were doing with only the KHD badge as an identifying factor.  G

How long they were in use and when new version appears? Did they allow the old version after that?

Can you show that early version more closely?

Thanks @Gwar, i must say it's most beautiful from all of this set.

Was there any regulations - did they allow later to wear this early

version or they were withdrawn and only later versions were allowed

to wear?
