Date a War flight helmet mask glasses

May I ask please... carried out many hours of research,
but struggling to be sure whether this mask is post war or not?
Appreciate feedback and advice

Hello Scott,

Lovely helmet but as for originality regarding the date, sorry but I can't really help....Is there any markings inside that could give any indication of Maker, date etc. Good Luck and thanks for showing us on MCN.

Hello Scott,

Please let us know how you get on with the helmet / goggles etc. I remember buying a pair of the goggles in an original ( War Department) box when I was 17 and rode a motorbike, original, boxed, exactly like yours from " Pride & Clark" ....in Brixton I think I paid 7/6d  in those day's, and you could buy so much military surplus it was very cheap.....now worth a fortune!
