May not be special but I have always liked the design with swords. And how many budding collectors have started with the KvK.

Mike, a battered KVK2 without swords highly polished in tombak was my first medal purchase ever in Kilmarnock, Scotland around 1979! You are correct in that respect but I now find it difficult to get excited about them, perhaps a sign of age?
