Daniel Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 I was told that this helmet is an Italian police helmet. just looking for more info if that's what it is and when they made them (years). and the goggles have H. Meisner Jensen on the front if anyone has info on the goggles too. I put the goggles with the helmet because the 2 of them look good together. Thanks 1
Beldar Posted March 2, 2016 Posted March 2, 2016 I ~believe~ this is the Italian M32/M35 crash helmet used by tankers until the wars end. Post war it was used by various police organizations and by parachutists into the 1970s. I can't find my Marzetti Helmet ref book right now, but I recall the orig military issue only had the size inked on the liner. Post war the manufacturer was added. Looks in great shape from the pics. 2
Major General Bil4338 Posted March 3, 2016 Major General Posted March 3, 2016 I agree on this being postwar made and issued.these were made up to the 1960's I believe.this one looks to be in too good a condition to be any older than that.nice example nevertheless. 1
