Wor me is unknown that wood bullet, it feels like 7,92x57 mauser, but I am not sure, never seen sharp wooden bullet before 👀

The wooden rounds are for training, at least during the ww2 period. Now some US police forces have used them for crowd control. I have read somewhere that the mauser wooden rounds were pretty much dissolved by the time they left the barrel due to velocity and barrel twist.

Thanks for replying 😊 ! 

I know that some wooden rounds was for rifle grenades (Gewehrsprenggranate), but they weren’t sharp bullets😕
