Potential new members, guests were classed as recruits. There were limited areas they could ask questions about the forum, as they were potential members. Spammers abusing that feature. Loophole closed. However, if you ever see any spam or nonsense, justlet me know. 1

New members here are classed as cadets, part of the rank system.
