Another piece of my Verdun obsession, an 1907/1915 Mannlicher Berthier. 

World War I may, in my humble opinion, be the last war with fielded weaponry that were as aesthetically pleasing as they were lethal.  Rifles at that time were just beautiful

Another piece of WWI history.  My 1912 Lee Enfield No. 1, Mk. 3.  Complete with the original volley sights, and magazine cut off.

This 98az Karabiner is without its stacking rod.  I have thought about getting a replacement part, but I have to ask you all.  Is it possible that a German soldier did this himself?  Should I leave it as is?
