What is this....Ronald Reagan Jap Zero, training film

[Jay6981]

I am trying to find more information regarding this 16mm training film featuring Ronald Reagan.  I found an original copy and cannot find another one online anywhere. There was a reference to a damaged copy at Reagan Library, that's all.  Thanks in advance
