THE HELMET ITSELF IS GOOD, HOWEVER I DON'T WANT TO SAT OK ON THE DECAL. NOT SAYING IT IS REPRO BUT, IN TODAY MARKET THERE ARE WAY TO MANY FAKES PASSED AROUND. BEST TO WAIT FOR OTHER COMMENTS TO CHIME IN. IF I MAY ASK- WHERE WAS IT FOUND?

I'm a little apprehensive about the decal - but more opinions needed for sure. I say that because a lot of repro decals are always "chipped" at the corners or edges as these are the easiest spots to spot repro decals. 

100% legit on the rest of the helmet.

The paint and liner appear to be spot on, but the decal in my opinion is a "round bottom" fake. Here is a couple of photos from the reference book "The Helmet Decals of the Third Reich". These are the most common post 1940 SS decals used by ET ( Eisen hütten werke - Thale)

I am going to try to check lot # and see if it is listed as SS issue if I can find it.
